Data deletion requests

You can permanently delete your full Froodie account from the app. For a broader privacy request—or if you cannot sign in—contact the privacy team.
Request options
- Delete the full account: follow in-app account-deletion steps.
- Correct pantry or preferences: update them directly in Froodie when possible.
- Access, correction, deletion, or objection: email froodie.support@gmail.com with the applicable request.
What to include
Use the email address associated with your Froodie account and describe the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting account information. Do not send your password, identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure method, or full payment information.
Timing and exceptions
We will respond within the period required by applicable law after verification. Some information may be retained where legally required, necessary to resolve security or fraud, or held independently by Apple or another provider under its own obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting app data does not cancel store billing. See Subscriptions before deleting an account.
